Materiality

For us, materiality serves a twofold purpose
Firstly, it is a requirement for preparing the annual report. Secondly, it serves as a tool that contributes to sustainability management internal operations, specifically in terms of how it aligns the material impacts, risks and opportunities (IROs) with the Group’s sustainability strategy and Sustainability Plan.
The current materiality study classifies the main aspects related to sustainability according to two variables: impact and financial relevance. These two variables allow us to understand how IROs should be managed in order to leverage opportunities and minimize risks.
