MAPFRE’s commitment to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals

The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) approved by the United Nations represent the most ambitious action plan to protect our people, planet and prosperity over the 2016-2030 period. Therefore, we shall participate in the Companies4SGDs Campaign, which is supporting the Spanish Network of the UN Global Compact, of which MAPFRE is a member, in collaboration with IMPACT2030.

The campaign will have a 12-month duration, throughout which we will share information, videos, challenges, sustainable habits and volunteering activities with you, so you can discover them and participate in them, as individuals and as a company.

We will tell you about how MAPFRE is already making its contribution, marking the SDGs it has identified as of a higher priority, in which the Group can be more efficient and have a greater positive impact on society. This is one of the lines of the 2016-2018 Group Sustainability Plan, and it portrays the company’s commitment to sustainable development
