Information concerning the merger of MAPFRE, S.A., MAPFRE Participaciones S.A. Unipersonal and MAPFRE AM Investment Holding, S.A. Unipersonal

Pursuant to article 32 of Law 3/2009 of April 3 on Structural Changes in Mercantile Companies, the Common Draft Terms of Merger of MAPFRE, S.A., MAPFRE Participaciones S.A. Unipersonal and MAPFRE AM Investment Holding, S.A. Unipersonal, approved by the Board of Directors of MAPFRE, S.A. in its meeting held on June 29, 2022, and by the joint and several directors of MAPFRE Participaciones S.A. Unipersonal and MAPFRE AM Investment Holding, S.A. Unipersonal, on June 29, 2022, is included in this corporate website from June 30, 2022.

In addition, pursuant to article 39 in relation to articles 49 and 51, all of them of Law 3/2009 of April 3 on Structural Changes in Mercantile Companies, the following documents on the merger through absorption of MAPFRE Participaciones S.A. Unipersonal and MAPFRE AM Investment Holding, S.A. Unipersonal by MAPFRE, S.A. are included in this corporate website.
